As a Support Worker at Revival’s Low Level Support Service, you’ll play a key role in helping customers stay connected to their community, prevent health or care needs from escalating, and ensure their living environments meet their needs. If you're a dedicated, flexible, and empathetic individual with a background in social care, this could be the perfect role for you.

What we’re looking for:
In this role, you'll be providing support to individuals across Derbyshire, so a full UK driving license and a business-insured vehicle are essential.
To ensure the safety of our customers, a valid DBS check will also be required.
